DESCRIPTION:Traditions\, Taste and Tunes is a meaningful Memorial Day weekend tradition in Columbus\, Mississippi\, bringing the community together for a blend of remembrance\, celebration\, and small-town charm. \nThe weekend begins Friday morning with the dedication of a WWI Memorial at the Courthouse at 10 a.m. That evening\, the Riverwalk Stage comes alive from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with live music by Artistic Band\, creating a lively backdrop for an evening along the water. Guests can enjoy a variety of food vendors\, family-friendly kids’ activities\, and a special flyover that adds a patriotic touch to the evening’s festivities. \nOn Saturday\, the spirit of remembrance continues as the American Legion places flags at Friendship Cemetery at 9:00 a.m.\, followed by a ceremony at 11:00 a.m. honoring the sacrifices of service members. \nWhether you’re gathering with family\, enjoying live music by the river\, or taking part in time-honored traditions\, Traditions\, Taste and Tunes offers a heartfelt and memorable way to spend Memorial Day weekend in Columbus. \nEvents: \nFriday\, 10 am – Dedication of WWI Memorial\nFriday\, 4:00-7:00 pm – Live music\, food\, and kids activities at the Riverwalk Stage\nSaturday\, 9:00-11:00 am – Placement of flags at Friendship Cemetery\, followed by a ceremony honoring the sacrifices of our armed forces

DESCRIPTION:Come out and try tennis free at the Traditions\, Taste and Tunes taking place at the Columbus Riverwalk 209 1st Street South Columbus MS. You’ll have the chance to try the newest form of tennis for beginners of all ages\, Red Ball Tennis. Played with a low compression red ball on a smaller court size\,  with smaller rackets but gives you a big bite of fun!! COME EXPECTING A TASTE OF FUN. \nIf you like it you can join us at Golden Triangle Tennis located and the Columbus High School Tennis Courts 810 North McCrary Road Columbus\, MS following this event at 7:00PM for GTT Cardio Family Triples. No special tennis skills needed\, COME EXPECTING TRIPLE THE FUN!!!
